last year on my birthday...

i was at one of my friend's wedding dinners....

this year on my birthday...
i will be shooting a wedding!
when i told you i love weddings, i meant it!

One of the things i love about my birthday is that i share it with one of my best friends, sarah.
and our AMAZING friends always make our birthdays a blast...
they always kidnapped us, took us to breakfast/lunch/dinner, made us wear crazy things!
I have had so many amazing birthdays thanks to you guys!

why oh why?

I turn 21 in 5 days... how sad. I hate the fact that I am getting older.
Where oh where has the time gone?
Well I think for my 21st birthday I should do something really fun! Don't you think? Anyone have any ideas? I have a Wedding in the afternoon, so I can't go to Vegas or anything crazy like that, and it's supposed to be rainy. Big bummer. So let me know if you have any awesome ideas! Oh and will someone please make me this cake. I saw this forever ago and i have been waiting to post it.

I had my first Bridal session on my own yesterday! I LOVE Weddings, and i can't wait for their wedding in three weeks. I was so excited for my first wedding related shoot, that i stayed up until 2:30 last night editing their pictures! I couldn't resist showing this photo. I even sent it in a picture message to Kayla last night and she loooooved it! Check back, i will post more a little later today :)

These were taken weeks ago, and i feel bad that it has taken me so long to put them up, because this was such an awesome family. Seriously, they are picture perfect. Emily's little boys were so handsome and so entertaining. Thanks for making this a fun photoshoot you guys!

we went to B&N the other night and i found a bunch of cute books. Then they announce that they will be closing in 10 minutes. I am sitting there with four adorable books, trying to narrow them down. I chose the book on top. The girl in the book is over dating, and doesn't want to date... hmm sound familiar... yep sounds like me. Should be fun to read!

relaxing...

in st george with my bro, my sis in law, and my little niece. I cannot begin to tell you how amazing it is down here. I don't ever want to go home. {especially when its still winter back in salt lake} Tanner came and surprised us this weekend, boy was it a surprise. Read more about it HERE. I am so excited for the rest of my fam to come join us on Thursday/Friday for a traditional Easter weekend in St George. Weird to say that i haven't taken too many pictures down here, but here is a glimps of our little trip so far:

I took some portraits for the Interior Design Program at Utah State. Well the day of the session was a HUGE snow storm. We were going to cancel but some girls got work off, so we had to make the best of it. They wanted something indoor or covered, but then we eventfully moved out into the snow. They were troopers, and they all had so many fun ideas so we had a blast. It was hard finding places to squeeze in nineteen people, but it worked, and i am happy with the way these turned out!
