30 years

happy anniversary to the most amazing parents ever!
they are still so in love after 30 years.
i rummaged through our old photos and found this one, i'm so lucky to have these two beauties as parents. LOVE YOU!

a popcorn party

my mom called me the night before my birthday and asked what kind of dessert i wanted for my birthday. nothing sounded good except popcorn, so i said hey! let's have a popcorn party.
and so we did.



we had a variety of popcorn.
white cheddar, white chocolate mint oreo, caramel, and circus.


can you tell i was saying "noooooo way". i couldn't believe it. i was stoked.

i was so giddy to eat this.
made a quick stop by the di on our way home.

i finished the detox!
wooooooooooo.
today i got to eat a smoothie, corn, an apple, carrots, and brown rice. oh it was great.
tomorrow, REAL FOOD!
debating on being the first in line at cafe rio or costa vida...

sometimes i really don't know how i lasted the whole 7 days.
it was tough. very tough. but i think it was so worth it.
so far, i've noticed my hair looks healthier, and has grown! same with my eyelashes.
i feel like i can breathe better, and feel so healthy.
i would suggest you all do it!

10 POUNDS!
i might gain a tiny bit back now that i'll be eating solids, but still!
i am loving all the skinny compliments i'm getting. makes me feel even better!
now its time to hit the gym hardcore, keep this weight off, and tone up!
