I have been down to st george a lot in the past weeks and here are some pictures i took...

So everyone who know my little brother austin knows he says and does the funniest things ever. Over spring break he of course added a couple more to the collection but this one was by far the best.
"I wish that everyone at night would put out a bucket of rootbeer or lemonade so it would evaporate and rain pop!"

ohhh we just love him so so much. He makes our lives so much more entertaining! Look forward to a lot more!

internship opportunity!

So i was browsing the web at blogs and such and came across this very talented photographer and he is doing an internship for anyone who wants to "learn from the best". Well it said to email him your info and a current resume so i did. Well two weeks go by and i didn't ever hear back from him, so i decided to call him. He looked up my email while on the phone... i have an appointment April 4th with him! So if things go well i will intern with him in april, (i'm not sure how long for) but at the end he hires the people he really likes so cross your fingers for me!! It would be so much fun learning all about photo shoots, using a great lab, and finding some great locations for when i start taking some pictures. I'll let you know how my interview goes with him next week!

cupcakes

So sunday was my roommate courtney's birthday. I decided to make her some cupcakes and thanks to the genius (my mom) my cupcakes turned out as cute as ever!

So last year i had a funny little situation. I lived with another courtney and then brittney and whitney were my other two roommates. It was so funny because all of our names end with a t-n-e-y! Well this year i live with another courtney and her friend katie (which by the way is the davies' next-door neighbors neice-small world). Well we kept getting these roommates that would only stay for like a month or so... until we just got a new roommate. Guess what her name is?? It's katie! So now two courtneys and two katies. Oh wow i always luck out with funny combinations like that! But i always luck out with the best roommates ever, so i am greatful for that!

i miss hawaii

Me and tanner got the chance to go stay with my neighbors daughter in hawaii for a month last summer. It was probably the best time of my life. I miss it so much. We had so much fun exploring the island, finding yummy places to eat, going on fun hikes, and playing on the beaches. I seriously want to move there someday. These are some of the hundreds of pictures i took while over there.

I'm trying to do no sugar for the next two weeks or so. Today was day number one and i'm going strong. Its going to be way tough though. I hope i can keep it up. I mean i will keep it up!

St. George

I was in St. George over the weekend, and it was heaven! It was mid 70s there! I got to wear my short sleeves, capris, and flip flops... but had to come back to snow. No fun. I decided i am so ready for spring! Well while in St. George there was this car wash that had the funniest signs! And on the ride home there was such a pretty sunset, and anyone who knows me knows i am a sucker for sunsets :)
