bokeh is the out-of-focus points of light in an image.
since it was valentines this week i decided to play around in photoshop to give my images bokeh hearts. i had a joy making these images.

These are so fun! I love the stoplight one! I'd buy that print to hang in my house!
you can essentially make a heart shaped mask on your 50mm 1.4 and shoot wide open, then the bokeh's gonna all become heart shaped. instead of making them in photoshop
